How do you make chamomile tea?
To use as a tea, put 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers in a cup of freshly boiled drinking water. Cover the cup and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. You can drink it 3-4 times a day after meals.
Prepare without boiling so that it does not lose potency. To use it as a mouthwash, add 2-3 teaspoons of chamomile flowers and 1/2 cup of freshly boiled water in a mug. After soaking for 5-10 minutes, you can warm it up and use it as a mouthwash.
