1 – Returns Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible to return the product, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it.
1.2 Perishable items like roasted nuts, herbal tea, dried fruits, and Turkish Delights are exempt from the list of returnable items due to health and safety regulations. The return of those items and a refund shall only be accepted if they were damaged or defective upon arrival.
2 – Damaged or Defective Items
2.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item please contact the customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Photographic evidence or additional might be requested from you to assess the situation properly.
2.2 Once the damage or defect has been identified, we will send you instructions for returning the product and offering a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
3 – Refunds
3.1 If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the process within seven (7) business days after receiving the returned item and completing the necessary inspections.
3.2 The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4 – Return Shipping
4.1 If you need to return a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup, depending on your location.
4.2 For returns that are not related to damage or defects, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
5 – Non-Returnable Items:
5.1 Perishable items, such as roasted nuts, herbal tea, dried fruits, and Turkish Delights, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
5.2 Gift cards, promotional items, and any personalized or custom-made products are also non-returnable.
