How is Melissa tea prepared?

Brewing lemon balm tea is very easy. Put boiling hot water into a sealable cup or teapot. Then immediately add dried or fresh lemon balm herb and close the lid. Leave the lemon balm tea to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, you can filter and drink the tea.

If you don’t want to drink the tea right away, strain it and leave it anyway. To make a good Melissa tea, bring the water to a boil as you would black tea, otherwise the tea will not steep well. In insufficiently boiled water, the aroma of lemon balm leaves does not come out.
